Tandizo Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Tandizo (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a crowdfunding and digital fundraising platform operated by Zedquest Consultancy Limited. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tandizo website, mobile application, and related services available at https://tandizo.zedquest.com.

By accessing or using Tandizo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Eligibility

To use Tandizo, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have legal guardian consent if applicable;

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Zambian law;

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

2. Nature of the Platform

Tandizo is a crowdfunding and fundraising facilitation platform that enables users to:

  • Create fundraising campaigns;

  • Contribute or donate to campaigns;

  • Manage and withdraw raised funds subject to verification and approval.

Tandizo does not guarantee fundraising success and is not a bank, mobile money provider, or financial institution.

3. Account Registration

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials;

  • All activity conducted under their account;

  • Ensuring information provided is accurate and up to date.

We may request identity verification (KYC) including government-issued identification to comply with financial integrity and fraud prevention requirements.

4. Campaigns and Fundraising

Campaign creators agree that:

  • All campaign information must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading;

  • Funds raised must only be used for the stated purpose;

  • Misuse of funds may result in account suspension, reporting to authorities, and legal action.

Tandizo reserves the right to approve, suspend, or remove campaigns that violate platform rules or applicable laws.

5. Donations and Payments

  • All donations are voluntary.

  • Payments may be processed through third-party mobile money or payment providers.

  • Tandizo is not responsible for errors or delays caused by financial service providers.

6. Fees and Charges

Tandizo may apply:

  • Platform service fees;

  • Transaction processing fees charged by payment providers.

All applicable fees will be disclosed clearly before transactions are completed.

7. Withdrawals

  • Campaign owners may request withdrawals subject to verification and approval.

  • Withdrawal requests may require review by administrators and key stakeholders where applicable.

  • Tandizo may delay or reject withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or misleading purposes;

  • Create fake campaigns or impersonate others;

  • Launder money or finance illegal activities;

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform;

  • Upload harmful, abusive, or defamatory content.

Violation may result in account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on Tandizo are owned by or licensed to Zedquest Consultancy Limited.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or redistribute platform content without permission;

  • Use Tandizo branding without authorization.

10. Third-Party Services

Tandizo integrates third-party services such as:

  • Mobile money providers;

  • Payment gateways;

  • Identity verification services.

We are not responsible for third-party service performance or policies.

11. Privacy

Your use of Tandizo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Zambian law:

  • Tandizo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind;

  • We are not liable for losses resulting from user actions, campaign misuse, or third-party service failures;

  • We do not guarantee fundraising outcomes.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Terms are violated;

  • Fraud or suspicious activity is detected;

  • Required by law or regulatory authorities.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Tandizo after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Zambian courts.
